As soon as you arrive, you’ll want to take a deep breath and simply enjoy the moment.

The House & the Idyll: Historic Charm Meets Modernity
The holiday flat is situated in a separate wing of a beautifully restored, listed building that exudes a very special, cosy atmosphere. An absolute highlight is the idyllic view of the countryside and the Drachenfels, which you can enjoy directly from the flat. The flat also features its own cosy terrace – the perfect place to start the day in the fresh air with a coffee in the morning or to wind down in the evening with a glass of wine, whilst the children play safely.

The layout: Plenty of space to feel at home
The flat is cleverly and generously laid out, allowing up to 4 people to make themselves at home with ease. Thanks to the bright, light-filled rooms, you’ll feel right at home straight away.

Living and dining area with a box-spring bed: the centrepiece of this first-floor flat. A cosy seating area is perfect for games evenings with friends or relaxing in front of the TV. The large dining table offers plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy meals together. You’ll also find the large and comfortable box-spring bed here.

The kitchen: Fully equipped and modern. Here you’ll find everything you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a hearty dinner.

The sleeping areas: Comfortable beds ensure a deep, restful sleep after an eventful day in the Siebengebirge. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor, as part of the spacious living, dining and kitchen area, is the generous box-spring bed.

The bathroom: Modern, clean and functional – ideal for starting the day feeling refreshed. Equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine.

Family-friendly: Young and old alike are very welcome!

The historic house exudes a soothing sense of security, and the private terrace provides a sheltered outdoor space. Thanks to the well-thought-out facilities, you won’t have to worry about a thing – here, children can be children and parents can switch off completely.

Culture & excursions: The beautiful Rhine promenade is perfect for a stroll. The nearby cities of Bonn and Cologne are also ideal for a day trip thanks to the excellent transport links (including by train).
