Nice quiet little place on the water, perfect for our paddle boards.Terri was a communicative and accommodating host. We opted to bring our own linens - if you do this, be aware there are no comforters on the beds.We appreciated the cleanliness and found the house more than suitable for our small reunion of college friends. Thanks, Terri and Lauren!

This was our second time at Baer Necessities and our family had a blast. We loved how clean and tidy the house was as well as all the amenities available for our stay. We will be back again!
