Welcome to this cozy house located in the middle of the peaceful Småland forests - a perfect place for relaxation and nature experiences. A short walk from the house is Vissjön with swimming and fishing opportunities, rowing boat included. The house offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and socializing. The living room is cosily furnished and equipped with a TV for relaxing evenings. Downstairs there are two bedrooms - one with bunk beds and one with two single beds - as well as a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs you will find an airy upper floor with an open floor plan, which creates a lovely space. Here there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed under a sloping ceiling. Adjacent to the hall is also a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The upper floor also has a bathroom with a bathtub. A travel cot and high chair for children are available in the house. Outside, a large garden awaits with plenty of space for play and activities. For children, there is a charming playhouse. The furnished covered terrace is sheltered next to the house and is perfect for meals and relaxing outdoors. There is also a building on the property where the owner, upon request, offers the opportunity to clean fish. At the nearby small lake cottage you can enjoy swimming, rowing trips and wonderful moments by the water. Ljungby and Älmhult with all conceivable services, shopping and activities. The IKEA museum is recommended for a trip through Ingvar Kamprad's life's work. Linnes Råshult with rich vegetation to enjoy and in Elinge moose can be seen in a fenced park. In Agunnaryd there is a grocery store and also the possibility to rent a canoe for those who want. The house must be cleaned before departure!
