Welcoming you to Goodholme Manor is a beautifully designed open plan
living space with modern décor and air-conditioning throughout. The
fully equipped and very spacious kitchen, with counter side seating and
a separate scullery space, caters to all your culinary needs and
includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer for added
convenience. The kitchen overlooks an intimate dining area and cozy
lounge where you can sit back, relax and watch all your TV shows on the
large wall mounted flat screen TV.
A sizeable patio with a dining table and chairs can be accessed via
door s leading out from the kitchen and looks out over the lush green
garden. An added feature to this property is an entertainment area
which offers an indoor gas braai, a bar, comfortable seating and
overlooks the swimming pool making this the perfect spot for
entertaining. The large stackable doors open up completely allowing an
abundance of fresh air and natural light to fill the room.
The beautifully appointed bedrooms all have air-conditioning ensuring
the ideal room temperature while you sleep. The main bedroom features a
king size bed, doors opening onto the outside area and an en-suite
bathroom including a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom
offers a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and
basin. The third bedroom has a queen size bed also with an en-suite
bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin while the fourth bedroom also
has a queen size bed but makes use of a shared bathroom including a
shower, toilet and basin. All linen and towels are provided with your
stay.
For added peace of mind the property has a large solar installation
ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply as well as an electric fence,
alarm system and armed response services.
Centrally located guests will be within close proximity to stunning
beaches, shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Make the most of
your stay by taking advantage of the lovely on-site facilities or
exploring your surroundings.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 23 Goodholme Pl, Athlone, Durban North, 4051.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
