BEACHFRONT ON POOLDECK-At Unit 204, the simplicity of walking right out your sliding door makes it easy to bring back and forth all of your beach and pool supplies. Unit will surely be a family favorite to be together to watch the sunset, play games together, or have an evening out. Has huge outdoor pool! An easy stroll to grocery stores/restaurants. Rentals are weekly Sat to Sat in the summer. Absolutely no animals due to owner allergies. Main renter 25yo. or older. To reiterate--you will be in the only unit right on the pool deck. No lugging you beach stuff on elevators or up and down stairs. Watch your kids right from you poolside patio. All kitchenware provided. Cable TV in every room. Hosts will be available 24/7 to provide assistance with urgent matters. There is a $65 per stay condo amenities fee May 1st to September 30th payable to condo office upon arrival. This includes 1 parking space. The $160 cleaning fee includes blankets, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. Please bring your own beach towels. Rentals are weekly Saturday to Saturday in the summer. Main guest must be at least 25yo. Enjoy your stay!!! Absolutely no animals (no service or ESA) due to owner allergies.
