We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The area blends residential charm with a vibrant local atmosphere, filled with independent cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and boutique shops.

Guests can easily explore the famous Portobello Road Market and the colourful streets of Notting Hill, both known for their lively energy, unique shopping, and excellent food scene. Queen's Park is also nearby, offering beautiful green spaces, a popular weekly farmers' market, and a relaxed neighbourhood feel that locals love.

Excellent transport connections make it easy to reach central London, allowing you to enjoy both a peaceful residential setting and convenient access to the city's main attractions.

Conveniently situated near Kensal Green Station, just a 10-minute walk away, offering access to the Bakerloo line and London Overground. Buses also frequent the area, making it easy to explore all that London has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property, you can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
