NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AS THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOME. YOU MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE AT LEAST 10FT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
SMOKING VIOLATION ATTRACTS A $750 FINE.
FOR MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, YOU MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY.
