About this house rental
Enjoy a no-wake zone, private-dock, boater's and paddler's paradise in a modern, new home near the very centrally-located Priest and Pend Oreille River confluence!
Boat, swim, paddle, or take a famed float from up Highway 57, then relax by the BBQ or fire pit, or hit the historic downtown Priest River for dinner and drinks within 2 miles.
Also within an hour's drive are two ski resorts (Schweitzer Mountain and 49 Degrees North) for plenty of winter fun, too.
The home is a newly-built, modern rustic style, complete with a brand-new pontoon dock. Property boasts over 295 ft. of low-bank river frontage, along with a sandy beach area, dedicated space for evening campfires, pergola with picnic table, BBQ, large variety of seating/lounging, and just general peace, and perfection.
The immediate river area is very calm, safe, no-wake, but only about a mile from bigger waters of the Pend Oreille River, or even lake if you choose boating towards Sandpoint. Upriver is wonderfully scenic and mellow for kayaking, SUPs, or floating.
The home (finished 2025) has huge, waterfront-view windows, and a bright, open floor plan. The main bedroom houses a king bed and Roku TV, with large, attached shower-stall bathroom. Bedroom number two has two solid wood, adult-rated twin bunks, with a convenient utility closet for any on-site laundry. The living room possesses a new, two-person sleeper sofa, also, along with a well-stocked, full kitchen, & second full bathroom, with tub.
Dock and water equipment not available from 10/1 to 5/25 annually due to unpredictable dam and river fluctuations always affecting these seasons.
Thursdays weekly during summer/early fall is mowing day. They work very quickly, but tell us ahead if an issue.
