Welcome to the Salt & Sun Palm Springs, your stylish desert retreat at 2105 E Del Lago in Palm Springs, California. This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits on a generous 0.25-acre private lot and offers 1,260 square feet of comfortable, design-forward living perfect for couples, families, and small groups of up to 6 overnight guests.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the maximum overnight occupancy is 6 guests plus 2 children under 12 years old, as required by Palm Springs city regulations. This means a maximum of 6 adults may stay overnight, not 8. The daytime maximum is 10 people total on the premises.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING
The home features three comfortable bedrooms thoughtfully configured for a variety of guest combinations:
The master bedroom is appointed with a King size bed, offering the most spacious and private retreat in the home. A sliding glass door leads directly from the master to the backyard and pool area, perfect for a morning swim without even leaving your room.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a Queen size bed, providing comfortable, hotel-quality sleeping for additional guests.
All beds are dressed in fresh linens for each stay. Extra pillows and blankets are provided, and hypoallergenic pillows are available throughout the home for sensitive guests.
BATHROOMS
Two beautifully designed bathrooms serve the home. Bathroom 1 features a luxurious shower enclosed in frameless glass, with a striking floor-to-ceiling mosaic tile accent wall that gives it a truly boutique hotel feel. Bathroom 2 features a sleek walk-in glass shower with a decorative mosaic tile accent strip and a rain shower head, equally stylish and modern. Towels are provided (4 per bathroom), and all toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap are fully stocked. Extra towels and linens are available in the hallway closet.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking in. You will find pots, pans, and utensils ready to go, along with a drip coffee maker for your morning brew. A microwave and a toaster are also available on the counter. The gas stove and oven are ready for use. Cleaning supplies are stocked in the hallway closet and garage storage, and tap water is safe to drink throughout the home.
LIVING SPACES & ENTERTAINMENT
Relax in the stylish living area featuring a Smart TV with streaming services and cable. An Xbox gaming console is available for guests who want to unwind with some gaming. The home is connected to fast 500 Mbps WiFi. An iron and ironing board are also available. The garage doubles as a fantastic bonus entertainment space, featuring a full-size ping pong table and a flat-screen TV, perfect for game nights and casual hangouts with the group.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The Salt & Sun Palm Springs truly shines outdoors. The private backyard on the expansive 0.25-acre lot is a resort-worthy paradise with breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains as your backdrop. Enjoy our rare private heated saltwater pool, available year-round, with heating available for an additional fee per day. A private hot tub sits alongside the pool, surrounded by pool loungers and sun chairs for lazy afternoons in the desert sunshine. The lush, well-landscaped yard is enclosed by mature hedges for complete privacy.
Step onto the large covered patio to discover a generous outdoor dining table seating approximately 10 guests, ceiling fans for warm evening comfort, and overhead patio heaters for cooler desert nights. A propane BBQ grill is ready for al fresco cooking. The master bedroom also features a sliding glass door with direct access to the backyard and pool, making early morning swims effortlessly inviting.
Please note: no diving in the pool, and no glass of any kind near the pool or hot tub. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property indoors or outdoors.
The home also features solar panels on the roof, reflecting the owner's commitment to sustainable living.
POOL HEATING
The pool can be heated upon request through the owner's app. A heating fee of $75 per day applies. Spa heating is available for $40 for a 4 hour block. Please request pool heating or spa heating in advance so arrangements can be made before your arrival.
IMPORTANT PALM SPRINGS CITY REGULATIONS
Please note that Palm Springs enforces strict local ordinances for short-term rentals. The maximum number of people allowed on the premises during the day is 10. For overnight stays, the maximum is 6 guests plus 2 children under 12 years old, meaning a maximum of 6 adults may stay overnight. No special events such as weddings, parties, or large gatherings are permitted. Outdoor music and noise are strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM. These are city-wide regulations and violations can result in significant fines.
LAUNDRY
A full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage and are available for all guests. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided. Recycling is also available.
PROPERTY NOTES
Lawn service takes place on Monday mornings. Pool service is scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Guests may see maintenance staff briefly during these visits.

One of the owner's personal favorite nearby trails, Tahquitz Canyon is a sacred and stunning natural site managed by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. Located just past downtown Palm Springs, this 1.9-mile loop trail passes through a lush desert oasis and leads to a spectacular 60-foot waterfall. An entry fee of approximately $10 to $12 applies. The canyon is currently open and is one of the most rewarding short hikes in the entire Coachella Valley.
INDIAN CANYONS, APPROXIMATELY 10 TO 15 MINUTES
Also personally recommended by the owner, Indian Canyons is a collection of sacred Native American lands featuring some of the most beautiful desert hiking in California. The Palm Canyon Trail, the owner's favorite, winds through one of the world's largest natural palm oases. Staff at the ticket booth provide maps and directions. An entry fee of approximately $10 to $12 applies. Bring plenty of water. Currently open.
PALM SPRINGS AERIAL TRAMWAY, APPROXIMATELY 10 TO 15 MINUTES
Voted the best attraction in Palm Springs by readers of Palm Springs Life magazine in 2025, the Aerial Tramway is a bucket-list experience. The world's largest rotating tram car carries guests from the desert floor up 8,500 feet to the top of Mount San Jacinto in under 10 minutes, where temperatures are dramatically cooler and trails, restaurants, and panoramic views await.
PALM CANYON DRIVE AND DOWNTOWN PALM SPRINGS, APPROXIMATELY 5 TO 10 MINUTES
The heart of Palm Springs, Palm Canyon Drive is lined with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, bars, and iconic mid-century architecture.
