Located on vibrant Dauphine Street in the heart of the Bywater, you’ll be surrounded by colorful architecture, local art, and some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Walk to neighborhood favorites like Pizza Delicious, Acamaya, N7, Bacchanal Wine, and Crescent Park along the Mississippi River. You’re just minutes from the Marigny and a 15 minute walk (2 min ride) to the French Quarter, giving you easy access to the city while still enjoying the charm of a true neighborhood experience.

We have quiet hours in place (beginning at 8PM on weeknights and 10PM on weekends.

Guests that violate quiet hours or occupancy limit may be subject to fines and/or removal from the property without refund. Please respect the neighborhood as if it were your own.
