Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. For this summer 2026, the wellness area is open from 11am to 6pm, from 28 June until 30 August 2026, every day (from 12pm to 6pm on Wednesday and Saturday). For winter 2026-2027, it is scheduled to open from 5 December 2026 (subject to the opening of the station) until 11 April 2027, every day except Saturday during school holidays and every day except Wednesday outside school holidays.



Accommodation: The Agence des Orres offers this charming 2 rooms for 7 people located in the residence of the Hauts de Préclaux, on the ground floor of the Valérianes building.Freshly renovated, modern and cosy, you will find all the comforts necessary for a successful holiday!It consists of an entrance hall opening onto the bathroom and toilets, a sleeping area, a living room with kitchenette and access to the balcony and a master bedroom.The sleeping area has two single bunk beds in 80x190cm and a classic single bed in 80x190cm, the master bedroom has a double bed 140x190cm and the living room has a modern sofa bed in 140x190cm, for a total capacity of 7 people.You will be ideally located in the heart of the Orres 1800 resort, on the Place Jean Rippert welcoming its shops and restaurants, at the foot of the slopes and with a magnificent view of them.You will have a private ski locker in the basement of the building to store your equipment and enjoy a ski toe departure.
