Dating back to the 16th century, this historic building even hosted Emperor Charles V during his visit to the city in 1541. Walking through its majestic door, you will breathe the timeless elegance of the Alghero nobles, while enjoying an exclusive and fascinating stay.
The property is functionally arranged on two levels. On the ground floor you are welcomed by a pleasant room with a small equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing breakfast or meals in total autonomy, and by the bathroom in the house. On the same level there is a comfortable sofa bed that, if necessary, can accommodate two people, offering maximum flexibility in space management.
Going up to the mezzanine floor, you enter the sleeping area, organized in such a way as to optimize spaces for families or groups of friends. Here there is a bedroom equipped with two bunk beds and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a half. To ensure a stay of maximum comfort, the house is fully equipped and equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, television and a practical washing machine, essential for longer stays or after a day spent at the beach.
The location is undoubtedly one of the strengths of this structure.
