For shared use: property, garden, meadow. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Steep motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 13 km, shopping centre 13 km, bus stop "Peist, Schulhaus" 500 m, railway station "Peist" 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, bathing lake "Arosersee" 13 km.
