Holiday apartment right by the sea. Here, you can enjoy a quiet and eventful holiday with fishing, swimming and walks in the forest and mountains. The holiday house appears in retro style, which gives a warm and cozy atmosphere. All rooms are on one level. There are a separate toilet and a separate shower room. Three bedrooms with 2 beds each. There is a slightly special kitchen solution with a large kitchen and a room that is a combined kitchen/dining room/living room. Access to a private terrace of approx. 50 m2. The holiday house is located centrally in Lensvik close to the private pier. It is a short distance to the marina where you can rent a boat: 18 feet Hansvik 560 sport with 90 HP Honda outboard motor. The boat is available 1.5 - 1.10 Great fishing spots close by. Filleting place for fish with light and running water available. The nearest city Trondheim/Brekstad can be visited by using a speedboat that docks 100 meters from the house. In the same row of houses, you find Lensvik general store with exhibition and sales of goods from local producers and artists. There is also a Viking exhibition with sale of various items.
