About this house rental
Zalika Midtown/ Museum & Medical District is located less than 2 miles south of downtown Houston. Less than 2.5 miles from NRG Stadium and all the major city sports arena: The Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, BBVA Compass Soccer Stadium and George R Brown Convention Center. Located less than 7 mins from the medical district. Located on feeder Rd of Hwy 288. There are some diminished traffic sounds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This 1700 sf historical traditional town home have been completely restored. Custom red oak hardwood flooring bordered w/ walnut provides an elegance of history. With all the upgrades and amenities of a modern day residence. Sleeps upto 8 people total.
Guest access
Combo key box on the front entrance gate. Guest can either enter thru the rear access gate or thru the front. Completely gated property. Reserved parking in the rear and off street parking in front.
