The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the living area provides a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city. There is a dedicated workspace that also transforms into another queen bed by simply lowering the bed frame from the cabinet.
The apartment includes ducted air conditioning, providing year-round heating and cooling for your comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with small and large appliances, including a toaster, kettle, oven, cooktop, and fridge/freezer, along with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, and wine glasses with settings for four (4) guests.
One underground car space is included complimentary.

- No commercial photography or filming is permitted.
- Please ensure all food and drinks are appropriately stored, and all scraps are disposed of properly to avoid attracting pests.
- Be mindful of who you allow to visit, as you will be liable for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
- Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee.
- Missed check-in times that require a call-out will incur a $250 fee.
- Guests are responsible for any at-fault fire alarm activations and will be liable for any associated fire brigade charges.
- No pets allowed, unless they are certified service animals supporting a recognised disability.
- A $50 delivery fee applies for returning any forgotten items.
