The pool area is open only in season, summer and winter. L'appartement s'ouvre sur un hall d'entrée avec rangement et permettant d'accéder à la salle de bain et au WC. Il se compose par la suite d'une chambre, d'un séjour avec coin cuisine équipée et d'un balcon. La chambre dispose d'un lit double en 140x190cm et le séjour d'un canapé convertible en 140x190cm également. La cuisine est équipée de plaques de cuisson vitrocéramiques, micro-ondes, bouilloire, cafetière à filtre et lave-vaisselle. Vous disposerez d'un casier à skis privatif situé au sous-sol du bâtiment et donnant un accès aux pistes "skis aux pieds". La résidence est idéalement située au pied des pistes, à quelques mètres seulement du jardin d'enfants "La Farandole" et à moins de 300 mètres des commerces et restaurants de la place Jean Rippert.
