My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room window glass was broken, which raised safety concerns. There was no welcome drink, no slippers, and no intercom directory or contact list provided in the room. The washroom did not have any soap, and even the first bottle of drinking water was chargeable instead of being complimentary. To make matters worse, the TV was not working.
Overall, the room lacked even the basic amenities and services expected from a hotel. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.
