We had a great stay! The jacuzzi was awesome, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The view of the Arenal Volcano was beautiful, especially in the morning. Communication was easy, and the self check-in was simple with no problems. Honestly, what can be better than that? We would definitely stay here again.
