Het is een voldoende ruime studio waar alles wat voor een kort verblijf nodig is aanwezig is: groot tweepersoonsbed, badkamer met lavabo, douche en toilet, keuken met basisuitrusting. Als extra een comfortabele zitbank en televisie. Alles is klaargezet volgens de afspraak. Het is proper. De instructies en afspraken zijn duidelijk.
De badkamer en het slaapgedeelte bevinden zich onder een schuin dak met een balk. Daar had een waarschuwing of rode band op gemogen om te vermijden het hoofd te stoten. De douche vertoont lekkage en sluit niet goed. Het contact met de verhuurder verloopt enkel via de app van booking en niet persoonlijk.
