Shower/toilet, sauna, store room, washing machine and tumble dryer. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) and shower/toilet. Living room with sofa, dining table, chimney and modern open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with capsules coffee machine Nespresso, fondue set). Big balcony and terrace. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) and shower/toilet. 2 bedrooms with double bed (180x200cm) and bathtub/toilet. Each room has a smoke detector. WiFi. Baby cot (80x120cm). The two cosy living areas create a warm and inviting atmosphere, offering plenty of space to relax and spend quality time together. The large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals and memorable evenings with family and friends. From the living areas, the balcony, and the terrace, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Important note: At a lower occupancy not all bedrooms stay at your disposal. The following bedrooms will be locked: 7 to 8 persons: Ground floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200cm) and 1 double bed (2x90x200cm).
