Bettwäsche vorhanden und im Grundpreis nicht inklusive. Wohnzimmer: Stube mit grossem Esstisch und kleiner Sitzecke. TV und WLAN stehen ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung. Küche: Die Küche verfügt über einen Glaskeramik-Kochherd mit Backofen, einen Kühlschrank und eine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Kapselkaffeemaschine (Delizio-Kapseln). Ein Raclette-Ofen und ein Fondue-Rechaud mit Caquelon sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Sitz-/Essecke. Küchenwäsche ist vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen. Badezimmer: Ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche, WC und Doppellavabo im oberen Stock der Wohnung. Daneben existiert auf dem unteren Stock eine separate Nasszelle mit Dusche und WC und im Untergeschoss ein weiteres barrierefreies WC, welche für Mieter der Wohnung zur Verfügung stehen.
