Mountain View Escape in Roseto degli Abruzzi

Pretty seaside resort: Cologna Spiaggia, a hamlet of the municipality of Roseto degli Abruzzi, province of Teramo, in a very quiet area. The flat enjoys a good central location: only 300 m from the sea/beach and a few steps from the various basic services and bars, restaurants and pizzerias offered by the town. The area is well-kept and well-connected to neighbouring localities, both via the cycle path along the seafront and the various public transport links. This cosy holiday home, with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, can comfortably accommodate 5 persons. Its location, which is quite central, places the town's main services within walking distance (e.g. supermarket only 470 m away). The flat is on the second floor of a recently built and very well maintained building (with lift). The description of the interior spaces begins with an entrance to the living area, where the large, comfortable living room furnished with table, chairs, TV and sofa bed is dominated by a wonderful north-facing terrace with views over the countryside and side views of the sea and mountains. Continuing the description we find a kitchenette equipped with various utensils, fridge/freezer and built-in oven (from the kitchenette there is direct access to the terrace described above, through a French window). The well-distributed spaces of the sleeping area, give rise to a hallway with a comfortable wardrobe, two double bedrooms, one with a window and the other with a balcony (both with a sea view) and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cubicle. The large habitable terrace, overlooking the countryside and with sea and mountain side views, furnished with outdoor table and chairs, makes it possible to spend moments of relaxation and to dine al fresco. In addition to the terrace, one of the double rooms has a comfortable balcony with a sea view. We provide disposable mattress covers and pillowcases: bed linen (cloth sheets and pillowcases), towels and kitchen linen are provided by guests. Cologna Spiaggia is a typical seaside resort on Abruzzo's central coast. The area is well connected to other neighbouring localities both through a convenient bicycle path and various public transport services. Abruzzo, the land of parks and the green region of Europe, reserves for this locality, with its clean waters and predominantly sandy beaches, the 'Borsacchio Reserve', a wonderful tourist attraction.
