Byt má vše co má mít, dle našeho názoru je na velmi příjemném tichém místě na úpatí kopce u pásu lesa. Je celkem praktický má 2 balkóny a jeden z bakonů je na východ a má výhled na les a druhý na západ a město a částečně i moře. V létě je na lesním balkóně brzy stín z lesa a jde velmi příjemný chladivý vánek. Pozorovat a poslouchat les je příjemný bonus. Nejbližší pláž je 10 minut od bytu.
Pro nás bylo vše skoro v pořádku, ale přeci jen drobné upozornění. 1. byt je ve 4 patře, ale bez výtahu a je vhodný spíše pro zdatnější jedince.!!! 2. v některých patrech domu bydlí kuřáci a jsou trochu bezohlední a kouří i na chodbě domu což maskují vůněmi, ale výsledek té směsi je zcela opačný než je záměr. 3. pokud přijedete autem, pozor v okolí je složité najít místo na parkování.
