Newly renovated property with adorable decor - the flooring and paneling even still smelled like fresh wood. Lots of storage if you're planning to stay longer than a few days. Well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Slight view of the water and a great view of the funicular up to Sitio.
Hardest bed and pillow I've ever tried to sleep on. Other reviews have said the same. Please consider replacing them. Even moved out to the futon one night to try to get a few hours of sleep. Dropping luggage and parking is a little challenging, but we were aware of that ahead of time. Very steep and narrow stairs to third floor, but great space once you get there. Wish the shower contained soap/shampoo dispensers. Host provided hand soap and kitchen soap/detergent. Instructions on how to use the microwave and washer/dryer combo would be helpful for non-European visitors.
