Argelès sur mer est chère donc le rapport qualité prix est honnête. L'appartement est comme sur les photos. Près de la mer. Résidence calme. Quartier résidentiel tranquille. Petit appart mais équipé. Pas de clim mais 2 ventilateurs et beaucoup de vent donc supportable.
Il n'y avait personne avant nous et il y avait de la poussière. Le protège matelas du sofa-lit était complètement sec. Heureusement qu'on avait apporté nos draps. Pas d'oreiller. Je l'ai signalé et l'agence très accueillante m'a dit qu'ils en avaient. Table du balcon trop grande donc inutilisable. 3e étage sans ascenseur, à savoir.

L'emplacement près de la plage, le calme du quartier, facilité pour se garer, les équipements, le logements correspond en tout point aux photos
