Modern 2BR Apartment in Sliema Walk to Seafront with Patio

Lage als guter Ausgangspunkt Ruhige angenehm kühle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung Zunächst schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter

Als wir um 15:30 Uhr in der Wohnung ankamen (check in ist ab 15:00), war die Wohnung noch komplett verdreckt von den vorherigen Mietern. Erst auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Reinigungsteam noch nicht da war. Da wir uns in diesem Zustand so unwohl dort gefühlt haben, sind wir trotz langer Anreise mit Baby erst nochmal in die Stadt gegangen. Uns wurde versichert, dass die Reinigungskraft bald da sein wird. Als wir um 18:30 zurück gekehrt sind, war diese immer noch nicht fertig. Wir baten um eine Erstattung der Kosten als Entschädigung, dem der Gastgeber zugestimmt hatte. Er hatte auch nach unseren Kontodaten gefragt, aber bis heute (6 Tage später) ist noch kein Geld angekommen und er antwortet plötzlich auch nicht mehr auf Nachrichten. Unseres Erachtens nach etwas, das gar nicht geht Die Wohnung war ziemlich dunkel Die Toilette in dem einen Bad wackelte Einige Steckdosen funktionierten nicht

appartamento moderno, ristrutturato da poco, facilmente accessibile con una sola rampa di scale, molto spazioso 2 camere e 2 bagni con ampi spazi, aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e nel soggiorno, cucina ben attrezzata con micronde fornelli e ambio frigo e congelatore. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere la Valletta e i locali del porto. Host presente, attento e sempre disponibile, fatevi consigliare dove poter andare a mangiare, ci ha sempre consigliato bene!!

come tutti gli appartamenti in centro, un po difficile trovare parcheggio per la macchina (noi l'avevamo a noleggio) quando si rientra dalle escursioni o la sera, mentre c'è sempre posto davanti all'entrata per brevi soste per caricare e scaricare i bagagli.

Multiple technical issues spotted and shared with owner (no reaction) - door knob falling out, bathroom doors not latching and not closing properly, broken seals in fridge. Place generally poorly maintained from technical standpoint. Also - no sunlight available, laundry didn‘t dry despite for outside temperatures over 25 degrees. Apartment is dark and has a unfresh distinctive smell of suage. Provided towels unusable - smelly and seemed to be not dried properly. Apartment isn‘t exactly comfortable - features are generally more advertised than present, being an example of „yes- but…”.
