Despite the fact that the apartment is "standard" and there are signs of wear in places, the apartment is magnificent. There is a separate kitchen area, large windows. Two rooms with two single beds and a sofa in the living room. Each room has air conditioning. It is quiet. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard. A large supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. The beach is about 15 minutes away, but this is not inconvenient. The administrators are very responsive.
Parking is a problem around here. You have to find a spot. There were internet issues, but the router was replaced the day we left. There was no kettle, but the manager promised to buy one for the next guests. Because of the central location, the beach can get crowded.
