Location is excellent. Comfortable mattresses. Fully furnished kitchen. Easy check-in/check-out. Excellent for two people and short stay, up to 4 days. Boiler new and very efficient.

The property charges for cleaning, but guests are strongly encouraged to clean the apartment before leaving. Why charge cleaning fee at all?! Only one set of keys were provided. If you decide to stay out late, those, who are back to the apartment must leave the front door unlocked. Second set provided with a delay. Should have been there from the start. What would three people do with one set of keys? How difficult it is to leave two sets of keys from the start?! Wardrobe was full of owner’s bedding. No space left for visitor’s clothes. Shower too small. Bottom of the door is missing a sealant and water is leaking out, making the bathroom wet. Tiles are ceramic and VERY slippery when wet. Toilet clogs easily with only human waste (no plunger). Kitchen is very dark, light trips the fuse in the flat. The apartment looks big on the photos but if a third person sleeps on the extended couch, it reaches wall to wall, no space to go around. A/C remote in the bedroom constantly switches off and resets temperature (too cold or hot. No blanket for the third person, only sheets. Rather small sheet provided for the bed for third person.
