Ciello Hotel Bodrum Adults Only 14

We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at Ciello Hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, but what really made our stay special was the incredibly attentive and friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the check-in time, and they kindly offered us breakfast while we waited. We were also able to enjoy the pool and the hotel facilities until our room was ready. About an hour before the check in time, they let us into our room which was such a thoughtful gesture. The gentleman at the reception also surprised us by telling us that they had given us a free upgrade to an even nicer room with balcony. We were so happy about it! A special thank you to Ms Nurhan, who took care of the breakfast. She was incredibly sweet and attentive. I don’t usually eat olives, jam, and some of the other items served on the breakfast plate, and once she noticed this, she prepared a fresh omelet especially for us every morning. Such a lovely and personal touch! ❤️

Nothing in particular. There was just a small issue with the water drainage system in our bathroom. After taking a shower, the water would take a while to drain and would sometimes remain on the floor. It wasn’t a major issue, but it would be worth checking and fixing.

Location not far from beaches, clean and tidy, kind staff, comfortable room, great view, nice pool.

TV not working. Breakfast is good but small.
