Appartamento moderno, confortevole e pulito. Ottima posizione in quanto a pochi passi si trova il capolinea del tram che porta in centro! Inoltre nella zona sono presenti bar e supermercati per cui non è necessario utilizzare la macchina per ogni esigenza!

Nowe mieszkanie oraz wyposażenie, bardzo czysto. Wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia.
Teoretycznie można parkować pod blokiem, tylko na każdym znaku parkingu, jest informacja że jest on tylko dla mieszkańców z identyfikatorami poszczególnych bloków. ( W polskim prawie brak możliwości egzekwowania).Przy wchodzeniu do auta, mieszkaniec osiedla zwrócił nam uwagę, że nie powinniśmy i nie możemy tutaj parkować, mimo że powiedzieliśmy o wynajmie apartamentu. Myślę, że dobrym pomysłem byłoby wydawanie dla wynajmujących czasowych przepustek, np. z wpisaną datą obowiązywania, aby osiedlowi szeryfowie nie mieli argumentów do kłótni a goście mogliby spać spokojnie, że nikomu nie utrudniają życia.
