Brand New Academy Stay Athens

We had a truly wonderful stay in this apartment and I can recommend it without hesitation. The owner, Stela, was exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I was in regular contact with her via Booking.com chat, and she was always quick to respond and ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself is new, elegant, very comfortable and beautifully equipped. It is located on the fourth floor and consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, a smaller separate bedroom, and two large balconies. It is also very quiet and has a warm, cosy atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to relax after exploring Athens. Despite the intense summer heat outside, the apartment remained perfectly comfortable thanks to two efficient air-conditioning units. What impressed me most was the extraordinary attention to detail. The bathroom was equipped almost like a five-star hotel — something I have rarely, if ever, encountered in a private apartment. In addition to plenty of towels, shampoo and shower gel, there were cotton pads, cotton buds and even dental floss picks. The kitchenette was also very well equipped with everything one could need, apart from a dishwasher. Stela had also prepared a generous welcome for her guests: a whole pack of bottled water, two bottles already chilled in the refrigerator, coffee, tea and biscuits. Everything was arranged with great care and elegance, and you immediately feel that the owner genuinely wants her guests to be comfortable. The location is very convenient as well. There is a bus stop only about 50 metres away, a grocery store around 200 metres from the apartment, and the nearest metro station is approximately 1.2 km away. I was genuinely impressed by both the apartment and the hospitality. This level of comfort, thoughtfulness and attention to guests is not something you find very often. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Stela’s apartment to anyone visiting Athens.

The only thing that would have been useful was a clothes drying rack or, alternatively, a humidifier. Other than that, the apartment was perfectly equipped.

Мне очень понравилась квартира. Очень уютная и чистая. Есть два кондиционера. Удобные балконы. Хозяйка очень приятная женщина. Она всегда отвечала на мои сообщения очень быстро. Очень гостеприимная.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sie war super zentral und sehr sauber. Alles war neu und man merkt wie viel Mühe sich gegeben wurde und ins Detail gegangen wurde auch bei der Einrichtung.

Es war alles super wir hatten ein wunderschönen Aufenthalt!
