Much more than an apartment – a beautiful family home This is much more than just an apartment; it feels like a recently renovated, cosy and welcoming family home. It has two separate rooms, a bathroom with a washing machine, a television, fast Wi-Fi and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. One of the highlights is the lovely terrace with a gorgeous sea view – a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The apartment is located in a secure, guarded, residential complex in a calm and quiet area. Free parking is available in the garage, and guests have access to two swimming pools: a large infinity pool and a smaller pool for children. Near the pool, it is possible to buy ice cream, pancakes and drinks. Food vans also regularly visit the main entrance, offering pancakes, pizza, sandwiches and ice cream, which is a very convenient and enjoyable extra. Also, you can play football, tennis, and there is a playground. The sandy beach is approximately 850 metres away. It is important to mention that the complex is located on a hill, so the walk back can be challenging, especially during a heatwave. However, parking is available near the beach, so travelling there by car is also a good option. An Aldi supermarket is a little over one kilometre away in the direction of Cannes city centre. In the opposite direction, there is a Supermarché and a Lidl approximately two kilometres away. Because of the hills and the summer heat, an electric scooter or electric bicycle could be very useful, provided you have one and can bring it in your car. Cannes city centre is to the east and can be reached by a pleasant walk along the beautiful seaside promenade. The train station is located to the west, on the way towards the Supermarché and Lidl, and is not far from the apartment. I highly recommend taking the train to Nice or Monaco. A useful tip is

There was nothing we genuinely disliked. The complex was a little confusing to navigate at first, especially from the underground parking garage, but we quickly learned the way. A simple memory trick helped us: door “E” for Entrance/Exit and door “G” for the Good way to the apartment. After the first day, it was no problem at all.
