Contractors Relocators Modern 2 Bed Derby

Great place, especially if you’re working away. It’s a proper modern house on a really nice new development, quiet area but still easy to get around Derby and get out towards the main roads. Good size kitchen and living room with all the appliances you need and more, private garden, parking, comfortable beds, solar panels and its own EV charging point as well. You can tell it’s a new place, not the usual contractor house with a few beds thrown in. Properly set up if you’re working away for a few weeks, not just somewhere to sleep. Hannah has been spot on with us from day one. Really helpful, always gets back to you and nothing is ever too much trouble. We only booked 3 nights originally but I found out I’d be working in the area longer, so asked if we could stay on. She got everything done straight away and made the whole thing dead easy. Think the fact we came for 3 nights and ended up staying for another month says it all really! Definitely recommend the place, and Hannah especially. 👍
