Villa Ana Mestral is in a great central location, 10 minutes' walk from the amenities of Calan Forcat. This popular resort has many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, plus the popular Aqua Center Waterpark is also located along the main street. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with a great sandy beach and several coves in the area, the nearest being 15 minutes' walk away. The villa has a private pool and BBQ and includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi.
Villa Ana Mestral is in a great location, 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Calan Forcat. This popular holiday resort has merged with neighbouring Calan Blanes to create one of Menorca's largest and most lively resorts. It has a wealth of places to eat, drink and shop, as well as a great waterpark, Aqua Center, all within easy reach on foot. The area also has several great beaches, the nearest - and largest - being Calan Blanes, 15 minutes' walk away. Villa Isi is next door.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
