Welcome to Villa Pajalehto A, a cozy apartment located in the peaceful Etelärakka area of Levi. This beautifully equipped 2-story home offers the perfect Arctic getaway. Just 2,5 km from Levi center, you are steps away from cross-country ski tracks and snowmobile routes, with a ski bus stop only 200 meters away and the closest ski lift just 1 km away. Ideal for families or groups, the property features 3 bedrooms, a warming wood-burning fireplace, and a relaxing private sauna. Experience Lapland with modern comforts and great acoustic privacy from the neighboring apartment.
The property’s two-story layout is exceptionally practical, offering plenty of space where guests can spend time in peace across both floors. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property during your stay.
Ground Floor:
- Entrance: Practical hallway equipped with a drying cabinet for your winter gear.
- Open-plan Living Room & Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a drip coffee maker (coffee capsules included). The living area features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a TV, and a sound system with Bluetooth connectivity. Windows offer beautiful views toward the forest, Levi fjell, and the backyard terrace.
- Bedroom 1: Features a comfortable double bed (width 180cm), which can also be separated into individual single beds if needed. The window opens up to the front yard and car parking area.
- Bathroom & Sauna: Modern shower room featuring a private sauna. The sauna window offers views toward the backyard and terrace.
- Separate Toilet: A convenient separate restroom equipped with a washing machine.
- Outdoors & Storage: Warm and cold storage spaces, a terrace area with outdoor furniture, and private parking for two cars. Upper Floor:
- Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3: Both bedrooms upstairs are equipped with two single beds each (width 80cm per bed), which can be combined if preferred. Windows in both rooms face the forest and Levi fjell.
