With a privileged location in the central area of ​​Salvador, this duplex is located just 500 m from the Salvador Shopping center, close to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Located on floor 29 of the Boulevard Side residential building, the apartment offers spectacular views of the city and the sea, a suite with air conditioning and double bed, a living room with comfortable sofa beds and a fully equipped kitchen.

The building has a heated swimming pool and restaurant.

We take great care of the house, aiming to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linens and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity for an average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate. Reservations for more than 15 nights will incur a water and electricity charge.

***A security deposit of R$ 500.00 is required. This must be paid via bank transfer within 7 days of booking and will be refunded within 5 business days of check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****All guests must submit their identification documents for registration and release at the reception/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The suite is laid out as follows:

Suite 1: 1 queen-size bed, TV, balcony, air conditioning, curtains, blackout curtains, and wardrobe.

Guests will have access to the entire property and all the building's amenities, including maid service, a swimming pool, sauna, gym, convenience store, and laundry (separate), a restaurant in the lobby, and all the amenities offered by the location and the property.
