Four of the five bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, providing guests with a comfortable and private retreat. The home's layout is especially well-suited for multi-generational groups, with one bedroom suite conveniently located on the main level. A second primary suite offers a spacious escape complete with a private fireplace, reading nook, desk, and private deck access. An bonus living area doubles as a media and game room and also offers direct deck access, creating the perfect additional space to gather and stay entertained.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- For the security of our guests and property, 2 exterior Ring cameras are installed — one at the front door and one on the back deck. No interior cameras are present.

- Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway & garage. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
