This contemporary retreat features a spacious open living room, ideal for entertaining and family gatherings. Each of the four bedrooms offers a peaceful sanctuary, while the three stylish bathrooms provide comfort and convenience. Additionally, the home features a convenient elevator, ensuring easy access to all levels.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 3 Queen Beds, and 2 Twin Trundle Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Fireplace is for decoration only
-Ring camera for security purposes only
-Guests do not have access to the garage
-No pets
-No smoking
-Public beach access is by Coral Bay Club about a ten minute walk
