The property is located about 3.7 km from the new marina, 14.5 km from the Hurghada Grand Aquarium, and a 13-minute walk from the El Gouna bus station. Downtown Hurghada—Saqqala Square—is 1.7 km away, and the Hurghada District Court is 3.2 km from the apartment. Sand City Hurghada is 17.7 km from the apartment, and Jungle Aqua Park is 19.2 km away.
