About this house rental

Sage & Sol is a newly built 3-bedroom home in the center of Old Town Port Aransas at 434 Oleander Street. The main living space sits on the second floor: open-concept kitchen, dining table, and living room in a single light-filled layout, with a balcony off the living area for morning coffee and evening wind-down. A community pool sits directly behind the property. A Nespresso coffee station stocked with pods, a Bluetooth speaker, and a beach goody bag with coastal essentials greet guests on arrival. The Alister Street shops, bars, and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the front door. This is Old Town Port A done well.

THE LAYOUT
Three-story home with first-floor bedroom and pool access, second-floor open-concept living/kitchen/dining with balcony and powder room, and third-floor master suite and bunk room. Private parking on-site. The layout keeps the social space open and the sleeping spaces separate for groups that need both.

THE KITCHEN
Full kitchen on the second floor with stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, dedicated coffee bar with Nespresso machine, and open shelving. Stocked for family meals and group cooking, with plenty of counter space and a dishwasher for after. Dining table seats the full group.

THE BEDROOMS
Three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sleep up to 10 guests:
- Master suite on the third floor with king bed, ensuite bathroom (large shower, walk-in closet), wall-mounted Smart TV, and pool view.
- Bunk room on the third floor with two full beds and a twin trundle, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, Smart TV. Sleeps 4-5, perfect for families.
- First-floor bedroom with pool view, nearby bathroom with shower, Keurig coffee maker in the closet.
Bed linens, towels, and room-darkening shades in every bedroom.

OUTDOOR
Private balcony off the second-floor living room. Community pool directly behind the house — sun loungers and outdoor seating. Note: pool is not heated.

BEACH / LOCATION
Old Town Port Aransas, 5-minute walk to the Alister Street core. Shorty's Place has been here since 1946. KC's Oyster Shack is a beloved raw bar: the sign-up sheet goes out at 3pm and fills fast. The beach is about a 17-minute drive or a quick golf-cart ride. Golf carts are bookable directly through PAVC on the website.
