Guest Access:

You can access the whole apartment other than 1 locked room. There are also locks on cupboards that are out of use as the owners belongings are kept there.

Getting Around:

The apartment is well-connected to public transportation, with the St John's Wood tube station (Jubilee Line) a short walk away, offering easy access to central London and beyond. From there, you can quickly reach major hubs like Bond Street, Waterloo, and Canary Wharf. For those arriving by air, Heathrow Airport (LHR) is approximately a 1-hour journey via the tube or taxi. Gatwick Airport (LGW) is accessible in around 1.5 hours by train or taxi. While the apartment doesn't have dedicated parking, street parking is available, but please note that restrictions may apply; it's advisable to check local parking regulations. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available in the area for convenient travel.



Other Things to Note:

There are strict cleaning protocols to follow as the marble and stone are extremely bespoke and need t be handles correctly and with care.

A cleaner will attend the flat for 2 hours a week if your stay is longer that 7 days.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.



For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments. Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
