On this idyllic smallholding from the 1800s, you can experience nature up close, with the calm waters of the Nidelva river as your closest neighbor. Here you will wake up to birdsong and can observe everything from beavers and deer to migratory birds that make this place their home throughout the year.
The property consists of a main cabin and two annexes, all furnished to provide you with a comfortable experience all year round. The large annex has its own bathroom with shower, while the small annex has a practical outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.
On the riverbank, you will find your own oasis with a wood-fired sauna and hot tub, as well as a pergola with a fire pit. On the large 26-acre plot, you will find fruit trees, berry bushes, and well-kept lawns that are perfect for camping or just enjoying the summer days.
From the cabin, you can explore Åmli with its 20 marked mountain trails, visit the local bakery known for its delicious baked goods, or take a boat trip up the river to the town center. With only 30 minutes to the coast and 50 minutes to the ski resorts, this is a perfect base for both summer and winter activities.
