    I booked this room through Agoda for ₱3,900, and the listing indicated that the booking was good for 5 adults. However, upon check-in, the staff informed me that the room was only for 4 adults, with children below 12 years old allowed, so I had to pay an additional ₱600 for the fifth adult. This was disappointing because the information shown on Agoda gave me the impression that the ₱3,900 rate already covered 5 adults. I ended up paying over ₱4,500 for a very small room. Had the occupancy information and additional charges been clearly stated, I would have chosen a much bigger room at another hotel for the same amount. There were also several issues with the amenities. The Wi-Fi was not working, and the TV had no cable connection and no internet connection, so there was essentially no way to use it for entertainment. The balcony was also unusable because water from the air-conditioning unit was leaking onto it. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the total amount I paid. I hope the hotel addresses these maintenance and amenity issues and that Agoda provides clearer and more accurate information about room capacity and additional charges so guests can make informed decisions before booking.
