Set within a well maintained complex with gardens and a large shared swimming pool, the apartment offers a relaxed base for families or friends looking to enjoy the Algarve coast.The apartment sleeps up to four guests across two twin air conditioned bedrooms, the beds can be configured as twins or pushed together a double. The lounge provides a welcoming space to relax with comfortable sofas, TV and Wi Fi, making it ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring nearby towns.The kitchen is equipped for self catering and includes a coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and electric hob rings, along with dining utensils.Both bedrooms feature twin beds and the apartment also includes a family bathroom. A hairdryer is provided for guest convenience.Outside guests can enjoy the attractive communal grounds and the large shared swimming pool which measures 12 by 12 metres. The pool area includes a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas where guests can relax and enjoy the Algarve sunshine. Pool towels are available.The garden areas feature grass and trees creating a pleasant outdoor environment, and a gardener visits periodically to maintain the grounds. A communal barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and private parking is provided within the property grounds.The apartment enjoys country, garden views and offers a peaceful setting while still being close to the beaches and attractions of the eastern Algarve.A refundable cash security deposit of €200 is required on arrival to cover any potential breakages or damages during your stay. This deposit will be returned in full on the day of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
