Log cabin with a view at Golsfjellet

Experience a cozy log cabin with breathtaking mountain views. Rough logs in warm colors and a custom-built fireplace with a built-in oven create a unique space. All fixtures are built by a local carpenter, and the slate floor makes it easy to bring in dogs or ski boots.



The interior is a thoughtful mix of heirlooms, second-hand finds, and custom-made furniture. With 12 beds, there is room for both friends and family. You will find good mattresses in all the beds and a large bathtub in the bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of games, books, and magazines.



Enjoy several outdoor areas where you can gather around the fire. The slate floor in the living room makes it easy to go in and out, whether with ski boots or after a walk with the dog. The terrace provides the perfect setting for enjoying the mountain views in both sun and shade.



Gurisethovda is located just behind the cabin – a fantastic viewpoint at 1050 meters with beautiful sunsets. In winter you will find Bualia café, and in summer Vasskanten by Tisleia where you can rent SUP boards and boats. Ten summit tours await in the family-friendly mountains around.
