Inside, you'll be greeted by modern solutions, thoughtful design choices and high-quality materials. The focus here is on the wood materials, which, together with the furnishings, give a warm atmosphere to the entire cabin. The living room is inviting with large windows that allow you to get close to nature, even when you're sitting comfortably on the sofa with a cup of hot chocolate. The living room is also equipped with a smart TV.
Kvamsfjellet offers fantastic nature experiences for young and old, such as a trip to Sukkertoppen, skiing to Furusjøen and Rondane, or a bike ride along Peer Gynt's mountain path. You can strap on your skis at the cabin door and glide out on miles of trails. Ice fishing can also be done on Furusjøen if you fancy it.
After an active day in the great outdoors, stop by Rustugusætra for a light lunch, drinks and delicious pastries. Rondablikk hotel (open seasonally) also has a swimming pool if you fancy a swim. In the summer you can also try horseback riding. Take the car to both Jotunheimen and the Rondane massif with several 2000 m peaks. Whatever your preference, there's always something to do in Kvamsfjellet.
