And location absolutely terrible. I will never recommend especially for the price. Deceptive rating as a 5 star instead of 2 star.

The facility is decent, staff are professional and empathetic and location easily accessible with good security.
However, they can improve on the following to make guests stay more enjoyable
1. Washroom/toilet:
- mold or some black stains in the toilets. Proper cleaning can address that.
- the shower was not flowing properly. Good maintenance culture and checklist during room cleaning can help address such issue.
2. Internet: - Internet wasn't available through out my 2 night stay. This is a basic service thay should be eeadily and always available especially since it's so advertised.
3. Restaurant: - delays in food preparation. At some point I threatened to cancel the order. This can be improved.
4. Use of Paper: - Lots of paper ate used during checkin and food ordering (breakfast). This can be reduced if not eliminated to save the trees / planet.
