A charming, century-old house that has been beautifully restored.
La Bendita has been restored to strike a balance between its century-old character and a modern atmosphere. The original stone walls and the views of the village of Caviedes are just some of the elements that were taken into account in shaping its identity, preserving tradition while allowing light and the surrounding landscape to flow into the interior. The house, which spans 650 m², features a garden and a heated indoor pool.
La Bendita can accommodate 10 guests—the “Wishome” capacity—which can be expanded to a maximum of 26. What do we mean by “Wishome capacity”? We’ve created this concept to describe the number of guests that ensures our home always feels welcoming, regardless of the villa’s maximum capacity.
It features 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area, a library, the kitchen, and 1 double bedroom with 1 en suite bathroom, in addition to the indoor pool and 2 covered porches (with an outdoor living and dining area).
On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a living room. On the second floor, there is one double bedroom with a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom, and one bedroom with five beds, including a trundle bed, and an en suite bathroom.
Our villa features a private garden and a heated indoor pool.
La Bendita is perfect if you’re looking to completely unwind: dine on the porch in the summer after a swim in the pool, sit and read in the library, or enjoy long conversations in the living room by the fireplace in the winter. At La Bendita, time stands still.
