Handmade cabin by pond on Golsfjellet

Here you will find the peace and quiet you need. The cabin is located on a small farm with a view of a small pond and Skogshorn in the background. At the end of a private road, with no neighbors, it gives you the feeling of having nature all to yourself. This is the place for those who want to relax and enjoy the silence.



The cabin is handmade with high-quality natural materials. The kitchen has an integrated refrigerator, oven with microwave and gas hob. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a washbasin with drain, urinal and incinerating toilet. The cabin has electricity but no running water, which provides an authentic mountain experience.



The large open space in front of the cabin is perfect for games and activities. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee on the bench. The spacious veranda has outdoor furniture and excellent sun conditions – ideal for lazy mornings and long afternoons with beautiful views of the landscape.



Golsfjellet is located between Oslo and Bergen, with good opportunities for day trips to Valdres, Hemsedal, or Jotunheimen. Two ski resorts are 15 minutes away. In summer, you can fish or rent a boat on Tisleia, play golf at Valdres Golf Club, or explore the hiking areas. Groceries are available at Joker Fjellbu, 15 minutes away by car.
